Each month we will review the speed of the site and let you know if there is anything that needs to be fixed to improve performance.

Active Caching
Website infrastructures are complicated and can be quite slow for your web server to process, especially on shared hosting. Caching allows your server to ‘hold‘ previously processed pages ready to show to visitors quickly. There are multiple moving parts to a caching system and actively managing the system will improve speed results.
Priority Pricing
We will always prioritise ensuring business critical services are working correctly and respond to service requests as fast as possible. This focus on responsive support does however come at a cost. Disruptions to our workflow and project re-scheduling pushes everyone’s projects back. To mitigate this cost we have introduced a minimum task charge of $180 ex GST.
However, as a maintenance or support partner, we have already prioritised your requests and waived this minimum charge. If you need us for 15 minutes, then you will pay for only 15 minutes.
